Life has a way of making sure we receive the lessons we NEED, and not just the lessons we WANT.
It does this by showing us the same or similar patterns, people, and energies over and over again. . . sometimes even in different "costumes" and contexts.
This episode is all about how to gracefully, curiously and compassionately navigate those cringey, uncomfortable and wound-y chapters of life that most of us would prefer to avoid.
Here's the good news: There ARE approaches that make them far easier, more healing, more empowering. . . and believe it or not, even magical!. . . and THAT is exactly what I'm sharing this week!
We've got a LOT of planets doing the retrograde dance right now, so I share what reflection they're inviting us into (in my own "I'm not an astrologer" sort of way), and I also share some of my favorite tips for navigating any another flavor of unexpected "completion tour" that shows up in your life.
We can fear these chapters or we can meet them eye to eye with intention and grace. . . and when we learn to really BE with them, life tends to get a LOT more peaceful.
